The Walloon Region supports the setting-up and the development of regional clusters. For example, the cluster for aeronautics regroups 52 organizations. Tools strengthen the industrial dynamics within the cluster, like a database of members, a newsletter, market intelligence services, partnerships and international promotion. By the end of 2005, 14 clusters have been agreed by the Walloon Region : Aeronautics, automotive, transport, logistics, ICT, clinical research, space, ceramics, solid waste, eco-construction and nutrition.
